History
Griffin Concepts, Inc. was founded by Rob and Martha Griffin in September of 2003. This Family business is managed by Rob Griffin-President/CEO, Martha Griffin-Corporate Secretary, and Dane Griffin-Project Engineer/Project Superintendent. The GCI team also employs seasoned site personnel to manage and direct daily jobsite activities.

Robert L. Griffin - President/CEO
Rob graduated fro the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Construction option) in 1980. He has 30 years of National and International construction experience in both the residential and commercial fields. Rob has been a Builder member of the HBA of Northwestern Colorado since 1993, was President of the association in 1995, and will again serve as President in 2009.
Martha S. Griffin – Corporate Secretary
Martha graduated from Mesa State College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences. In addition to her role as Corporate Secretary, Martha also teaches 2nd grade at Pear Park Elementary, School District 51.
Dane Griffin - Project Engineer/Superintendent
Dane graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and minor in business in 2007. The knowledge he gained at CSU, along with his attention to detail and quality, has enabled him to jump right in at GCI. Dane's energy and enthusiasm for the construction industry has enhanced the company greatly.
Jim Harris - General Superintendent
Jim brings extensive construction knowledge and a strong work ethic to the GCI team. Jim supervises projects ensuring overall quality and workmanship meet GCI standards. Jim's diverse range of people skills and management experience are critical to the daily handling onsite construction challenges that are part of the building industry.
Connie Russell - Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Connie joined the GCI team in summer of 2007. Connie has comprehensive experience in construction accounting and office management. Connie's organizational skills have helped streamline both accounting and customer service operations at GCI.
Subcontractors/Vendors
Griffin Concepts, Inc. manages subcontractors that employ highly skilled/experienced craftsmen and procures quality materials from well regarded and respected vendors. These subcontractors/material vendors are vital to the high quality of construction required to maintain high standards of professionalism while operating in a clean and safe working environment. |
